All domestic Monkee's of the West End packages are shipped via UPS and USPS. Please allow 24 hours for orders to be processed.
In store pickup is available at checkout.
Returns
We want you to love your purchase! If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help with a return or exchange.
Returns & Exchanges
Clothing and shoes may be returned for a refund or store credit within 14 business days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, with original tags attached and/or in original packaging, and accompanied by the receipt.
Returns and exchanges can be processed in-store or by mail. If returning by mail, items must be postmarked within 14 days of the original purchase date.
Free Returns by Mail
To make it easy, you can return your item for free by accessing our Returns Portal. Once we receive your return, a refund will be issued to your original form of payment, minus the original shipping cost.
Please Note:
- Sale and Special Order items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Each Monkee’s boutique is individually owned and operated. Returns and exchanges must be made through the original store of purchase.
